But what did you think of the triangular formation? That thing kind of freaked me out when I was there. It reminded me of the triangular entryway on the Great Pyramid.

I love your photos, thank you for posting them. I especially like the ones of the pacific ocean shoreline with the driftwood and sea debris that washes onshore. The prairie pics are remarkable too, but that's because I'm all too familiar with them. Cheers.

Devil's Tower is beautiful and amazing - I arrived there exactly at dawn in the spring of 2001, sun coming up on one side of the road and Devil's Tower peeking over the other at as close to the same moment as might be considered meaningful. Straight shot all night across Wyoming from the Big Horn Medicine Wheel. Walked around the tower in early morning light while my friend slept in the car, I played an unplugged electric guitar for an audience of deer. A tape of this may still exist somewhere.

Keith is a genius, and confusion is the very heart of the Out-Monkeys.

I should have expected that you know Dick Termes. I try to visit his studio (cool house) when I visit my parents in Spearfish. Next time I'll know that we have even more to chat about.

His art adds a new dimension to looking at things from a different perspective (or multiple perspectives).
